Obtained through a meticulous process involving calcium oxide and water, our Calcium Hydroxide undergoes drying, sifting, and windpicking to ensure top quality.

• Gradually absorbs carbon dioxide, converting to calcium carbonate
• Slightly soluble in water, soluble in acid

Basic Uses of Calcium Hydroxide Products:

• Environmentally friendly neutralizer for acid wastewater, sewage treatment, and boiler flue gas desulfurization.
• Chemical raw materials, additives, fillers for industries like leather, metallurgy, coatings, and petroleum lubricants.
• Stone cutting aid, soil stabilizer, concrete tempering agent, chemical reagent, and more.

Applications:

Our calcium hydroxide from Changshu Hongyu Calcium Co., Ltd. is versatile and can be used effectively in various applications:

• For dry method application, use simple equipment but expect slower reactions.
• For wet method application, create a 5%-10% calcium hydroxide lime emulsion for faster reactions by stirring for 5-20 minutes.

Handling Abnormal Situations:

• Adjust dosage promptly for significant influent pH value changes.
• Dilute the calcium hydroxide emulsion after adding for easier mixing.
• Remove sludge produced during neutralization promptly.
