Basic Uses of Calcium Hydroxide Products:

Applications:

• For dry method application, use simple equipment but expect slower reactions.
• For wet method application, create a 5%-10% calcium hydroxide lime emulsion for faster reactions by stirring for 5-20 minutes.

Handling Abnormal Situations:

• Adjust dosage promptly for significant influent pH value changes.
• Dilute the calcium hydroxide emulsion after adding for easier mixing.
• Remove sludge produced during neutralization promptly.
