Installation Instructions

 

First, select molecular sieve
Before installing the oxygen machine molecular sieve, you first need to select the appropriate molecular sieve. Molecular sieve is roughly divided into physical adsorption type and chemical reaction type two, and the oxygen machine usually uses physical adsorption type molecular sieve.
The type of molecular sieve can be selected according to the required oxygen purity. Under normal circumstances, the oxygen purity required by the oxygen machine is more than 90%, so the molecular sieve with strong adsorption capacity should be selected, such as 3A molecular sieve, 4A molecular sieve, 5A molecular sieve, etc.
Second, organize the container
Before installing the molecular sieve, you need to prepare a container for the molecular sieve. The container is first washed and dried, and then purged with pure oxygen to ensure it is free of impurities.
Three, loading molecular sieve
(1) Take out the molecular sieve
Pour the selected molecular sieve into a clean basin, screen out impurities and powder, and dry the molecular sieve until the surface is dry and free of water beads.
(2) Loading molecular sieve
The molecular sieve is loaded into the container. When loading the molecular sieve, attention should be paid to the density of the molecular sieve to avoid the density being too small or too large to affect its normal use. At the same time, it is necessary to keep the molecular sieve flat to prevent gas leakage.
(3) Sealed container
Put the loaded molecular sieve into the container, and seal the container to avoid oxygen leakage.
