Neodymium oxide is a metal oxide. It is insoluble in water and soluble in acid.

Neodymium oxide is mainly used as a colorant for glass and ceramics, as a raw material for manufacturing metallic neodymium and as a raw material for strong magnetic neodymium iron boron.

It can improve the high-temperature performance, air tightness and corrosion resistance of the alloy, and is widely used as aerospace materials.

Product Application

 

It is widely used in industry for welding and cutting of thin materials with a thickness of less than 10mm.

In medical treatment, the nano-yttrium aluminum garnet laser doped with nano-neodymium oxide can replace the scalpel for removal surgery or disinfection of wounds.

Nano-neodymium oxide is also used for coloring glass and ceramic materials as well as rubber products and additives.
